Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and nice, albeit a bit dated. Being on the second floor next to the elevator made me feel a little sketchy, but overall, it was a comfortable experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist and offering helpful suggestions. The location was perfect for my business needs at the Phoenix Convention Center, despite some initial confusion due to nearby construction. The dining options were above average, with a variety of choices, although the breakfast could have started earlier for my liking.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, especially for medical appointments at Barrow Medical directly across the street, and being close to business locations like the Dignity Health Systems campus. However, the room had cleanliness issues with stains on the floor, hair in the bathtub, and a lingering smell of old food. Despite these drawbacks, the dining experience was enjoyable, and the staff were kind and helpful.
The hotel is conveniently located near Barrow Medical, making it ideal for medical appointments; however, the ongoing street construction initially made the place challenging to locate. The price was reasonable, considering the valuable location for both downtown tourism and medical visits. The rooms, while clean and well-furnished, could use a refresh as they show signs of aging. The service staff, especially the lady in charge of breakfast, were pleasant and accommodating despite the oversight in room cleaning when the 'do not disturb sign' was taken down. The dining experience, although more than just basic with a muffin-egg dish, lacked a breakfast inclusion. Overall, the hotel was a satisfactory spot for a fun weekend with functional facilities but had thin walls that allowed neighboring conversations to be heard.
